Currently based in Oklahoma.
My interdisciplinary practice is centered on personal experiences and how I tackle concepts of identity, generational trauma, home, and domestic labor. I investigate what it means to walk between worlds where identities are protected or ridiculed, and the resulting absence of belonging. Abstracted moments from my past and present speak to the conflicts I face when debating my own adequacy within my heritage. I approach my work with a calculated vulnerability, creating an intangible intimacy with the viewer.
